HELFER · Ireland · Partnership proposal
I want to invite you to take part in building a project that starts as a local solution for cafes, but can grow into an advertising, information and urban digital infrastructure.
We are not starting with an abstract large system. We are starting with a working product, a few venues and a clear commercial problem to solve.
I am not looking for someone I can simply hand a technical specification to. I need a partner who can see the whole system and help launch it in Ireland.
We already have a local app for cafes. It can become the first practical HELFER module and the foundation for a real pilot project.
But my goal is not to limit this to software for managing one venue.
I propose that we start with several venues, test the product in real work, develop the built-in showcase into the first version of an advertising hub, and then present the project to people interested in investment, digital advertising and urban infrastructure.
I am inviting you to become not a contractor, but the technical partner for HELFER's Irish direction.
Any large system has to start with a concrete problem, a concrete customer and a clear economic benefit.
Owners of cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars deal with the same questions every day:
HELFER begins by answering these needs.
The owner gets a clear local tool. We get the opportunity to test the product in a real business, collect feedback and prove the practical value of the solution.
That is why a cafe app is not a random choice. It is the clearest and most realistic first market for launch.
One of the most important parts of the app is the digital showcase.
In a standard version, the showcase displays the menu, offers, events and information about a specific venue.
But we can design it much more broadly from the beginning.
The showcase can display not only the cafe's own offers, but also relevant information from other local companies, event organizers and city organizations.
This means that from the very start, the showcase turns from an app feature into the first point of a local advertising network.
This changes the economic model of the project.
We are not only selling businesses a management tool. We are creating a new channel for communication, promotion and additional revenue.
We do not have to wait for scale before developing the advertising function. It can be built into the pilot version.
At the first stage, one venue displays its own offers and selected advertising materials.
Then several venues join together into a local network. An advertiser gets the ability to place information across several points at once.
After that, centralized management appears: venue selection, display schedules, audience categories, events, districts and performance analytics.
Municipal organizations are constantly looking for ways to support local business, inform residents and improve the urban environment.
Today, city information is usually scattered across websites, social networks, posters, outdoor screens and separate advertising channels.
HELFER can gradually create a unified network of physical and digital points through which the city can interact with residents and local businesses.
At first, this is an advertising and information network.
Later, it can become the foundation for managing a broader urban digital infrastructure.
Software for cafes can generate recurring subscription revenue. But the advertising network creates a second, more scalable source of income.
Monthly payments from venues for using the app, automation, analytics and artificial intelligence functions.
Paid placement of advertising and information campaigns in the digital showcases of connected venues.
Management of advertising campaigns for local businesses, event organizers and larger advertisers.
System licensing, new industry modules, analytics dashboards, integrations with city services and infrastructure partnerships.
The investor is offered not just an app for cafes, but an entry into a developing network of digital points with several monetization models.
Investment is needed not to create an abstract idea from scratch, but to accelerate an already understandable process: completing the pilot, connecting venues, developing the advertising hub and entering the market.
I do not want to give you the task of "just writing code". That role is too small for what we can build.
Review the local app and its architecture, and define what is needed for a stable pilot.
Help adapt the product to the local market, business requirements and real usage scenarios.
Take part in turning the showcase into the first version of a managed advertising hub.
Help find the first venues and organize practical testing.
Identify people and organizations that may be interested in advertising, investment and city technology.
After the pilot's value is confirmed, present the project together to potential investors and partners.
I am not asking you to take responsibility for finding money. I am proposing that we create a convincing pilot together, so that the conversation with an investor becomes concrete.
We do not need to build a system for all of Ireland immediately. The first stage should be small, measurable and convincing.
Check the current functionality, technical condition and readiness for a local pilot.
Choose the features that the first venues actually need.
Add management of own offers, external advertising materials and display schedules.
Find several cafes or restaurants willing to take part in the pilot.
Check product usage, owner reactions, showcase value and advertiser interest.
Show not a concept, but a working product, first venues, economic model and growth plan.
If the first stage confirms the value of the idea, the model can expand far beyond cafes.
Pubs, restaurants, hotels, sports clubs, salons, cultural spaces, tourist locations and other places can join the network.
Each new type of business increases the reach of the advertising network and makes the platform more useful for residents, advertisers and city administration.
Then new directions can be added to the ecosystem: events, delivery, parking, transport, local employment and other city services.
HELFER's larger goal is not control over people, but the creation of infrastructure that helps businesses, the city and residents make better decisions.
We begin from a simple and clear point.
But if the first step is done correctly, that point can become the beginning of a much larger system.
Proposal for Chris
We already have a product, a vision for the next stage and a clear entry point into the market.
Now we need to assess the app, define the minimum launch plan and test the project in several real venues.
If the results confirm the potential, we will prepare the project together for conversations with investors, advertising partners and representatives of local government.
